Process

All offers of employment are contingent on successful completion of the onboarding process, including New Hire paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Candidates must complete the on-boarding process within 2 weeks of the offer of employment.  This includes the pre-employment physical and drug screening, and testing for COVID-19.

Community Interactions’ New Hire Orientation is a two-week process, running Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.  All new hires, regardless of status or shift, are required to attend Orientation and successfully complete all courses.
